WTB Vw Golf Strut Shock Absorber Kit - BLAUParts?
So I've got about 145k miles on my pre-2002.5 and saw this advert on another website, BLAUparts special . For $279.95 ea. I think I'll have to hollar at Silverhornet for some labor...
...only concern is the "Note: This kit does NOT fit vehicles equipped with aftermarket sport lowered suspension systems (i.e. H&R, Eibach)." I have the Eibach Pro-kit springs from VW.  Has anybody gotten this kit or have any other inexpensive kits they'd recommend?
