Good, bad, let's hear it.

We can't progress as business if we don't learn from our mistakes, but we need to know what they are first.

Also, please understand that if you had an issue that occurred before July 17th, 2007, we weren't open full time. I am here 40+ hours a week now and can respond to issues in a much more timely manner.

FWIW, I know there is an attitude adjustment needed. Doing my best to make sure it gets done. Sometimes sitting in this place alone for 8 hours a day will turn a person into a bit of a grumpy gus. Sorry to anyone that I might have made feel uncomfortable in the past.

Branching off on your grumpy gus thing, i don't know if it's because i might be one of the younger guys but it seems anytime i would go up there i got the ass end of a bad day. But your work is some of the best around hands down.

billy for some reason i thought i would just look here and now i know why. i have always wanted to go visit yall at dubsquared but just didnt want to go all the way over there and you not be there.
first let me tell you that i always thought you were awesome and everytime we went to a vdub meet i would ask steve if you were gonna be there and i would tag along everytime he went to dubsquared. steve looked up to you alot and appreciated everything you did for him. Even that one time i was driving the car and that "pancake" hose came off. He called you and you were there to help. Even when he was installing the turbo and the clutch i cant even count the number of times he would call you and if you didnt answer you would call right back with help. I remember one time we were talking and he was talking about how much he felt bad to keep calling you but he said you were the only one that knew the slightest than what other people would tell him. He even wanted to work under you at dubsquared to learn more from you. he really looked up to you and he appreciated everything and i do too. saved him a crap load of stress and me!! =]
I have two friends who wanted turbos on their cars (audi tt and r32) and i was like GO TO BILLY and JEFF at DUBSQUARED!!

I hate how well my car rides after you guys installed my coilovers. Coilovers are supposed to be bad! The only real bad thing is you guys aren't closer, but everything else is awesome.

Well, this is all very positive. But I know there are some out there with some not so good feelings about us, for one reason or another.

Please give us another shot. You won't be disappointed. The place just can't exist without the support of all of you, and I'll do whatever I can to earn you back as a potential customer.

BTW, Sofieh, Dale did it. It's nuts to think about it, but he did it. I don't think Steve would have done it any differently.

Well, I can say that Billy has the patience of a saint.
He helped me out a lot when I was trying to deal with the ppl at Lewisville VW and Rusty Wallace VW. He answered all the questions I had and went out of his way to try to help me.

Billy did my motor swap and everything went well other than the clutch company kept sending me the the wrong parts for the car lol, I recommend him to any vw or audi owners......Thanks Billy for doing the job for me everything is still good, the car is alot faster than the old motor its a beast now, I ran this loud T/A on the highway last night and I embarassed him lol

Realisticly like they say in Real Estate...location, location, location. It's the only bad thing I can say about your shop. If your not to good with maps it is somewhat difficult to find. You haven't done any bolt on work to my car YET but from the times I did interact with you Billy I could tell you definitely know what your doing and I could tell your passionate about your work.
